Digital media has arrived at your library!

 

Now you can download audio books to your personal computer, and listen or transfer them to your mobile device, IPod or Mp3 player.

 

What is the difference from EBooks and Audio books? Digital EBooks refer to the visual,

electronic copies of your books that can be viewed on your computer or mobile device and

Audio books refers just to the sound file of the novel, which can be heard on the computer or your mobile device.

 

Where to find my digital Media?

1. Go to www.trac.lib.overdrive.com

2. Select Audio Books or Digital EBooks in the left panel

3. Enter a valid borrowers card number and password (note: you will be denied access to the server if your library card is out of date or not active.)

Beiseker Municipal Library has Daisy Readers!

 

A Daisy Reader is used with digitally formatted audio books by people who are visually impaired or unable to read print.

Daisy Books are human narrated audio books recorded on CD. They offer

numerous advantages over books on tape and commercial books on CD.
